Ever since I saw them taste-tested on "America's Test Kitchen", I've been trying to find Wyman's Frozen Wild Blueberries. According to Wyman's website, there not carried by anyone in the area, and the website appears to be correct, as far as my investigations are concerned.

    Has anyone either.....

    A) ...seen this product for sale anywhere?
    B) ...had any success in getting a store like Trader Joe's or Whole Foods (common carriers of Wyman's products) to carry a product that they do not currently carry?

    Thanks,
    EC

I always go to Michigan, pick my own and freeze them. You're a little late for this year, but it's something to think about for next season.

Really old thread, but I was looking for the best place for this...

At the Logan Square farmers market today, I was looking for fruit for a Father's Day pie. The husband said he'd rather have blueberry pie than strawberry-rhubarb, and there was a stand selling frozen Roedger Michigan Blueberries. They were giving out samples and I bought a 5-pound box for $25. They sell the berries frozen and the 5-pound box has two inner plastic bags-- each has enough for a pie plus a big smoothie.

We thought these berries were exceptionally tasty-- our pie was delicious, with a good balance of tart and sweet (I didn't add any lemon, although I usually do). We also had a smoothie. Great berries, plus very convenient! The berries are bigger than the Wyman's, but not huge.

    Cheers, Jen

P.S. Costco sells the Wyman's blueberries, but I thought these were better....
