I ordered a gluten-free cake from Sugar Loaf for an office birthday party based on another LTH review. Everyone there remarked on how good it was, and how no one would have guessed it was gluten-free it I didn't tell them. The cake was was rich and fudgy, and you can't really see from the photos, but the raspberry jam filling had a few fresh berries thrown in. This "bakery" is located right off the brown line at Damen.

Lindsay, in addition to being an accomplished pastry chef (most recently at The Bristol), is currently the Volunteer Coordinator for Peterson Garden Project, the community garden organization that I actually found through LTH forum originally :) Full circle!!
