Post #1 - June 15th, 2015, 11:08 amI'm looking for a couple of loaves of brioche (not rolls). What bakery sells a good brioche loaf in Chicago? I'm thinking GNR Floriole might be the place, but I'm open to other suggestions.Steve Z.

Post #2 - June 15th, 2015, 11:58 amIn the "this means you can get it most everywhere" Whole Foods has a pretty good brioche loaf (unsliced) they sell. I get it fairly frequently. Although the prime reason I do is to make french toast, I've made sandwiches and it's a good all around loaf. Stays fairly fresh for a few days too.
