Homemade Oreos?

My friends and I are having trouble finding the new Coconut Oreos. I thought I'd make coconut marshmallows and cookies separately and give them to my pals as a type of Oreo/S'more hybrid. Does anyone have a good golden Oreo cookie recipe? The ones I'm finding look oddly thick and soft.
