Forget the turducken this Thanksgiving. Instead opt for the
Fowl De'Couchon: a "de-boned pig stuffed with a deboned turkey, a de-boned duck, a de-boned chicken, and a de-boned quail." Perhaps better named the porturduckenail.
But that's for you amateurs. Myself, I plan to follow the recipe
here for a camel stuffed with lamb stuffed with chicken.
