Thai Karii "Puffs"

Later today, I am scheduled to collect a sizeable order of homemade kàrìi "puffs" from a local Thai woman.





These delectable Thai snacks are filled with a sweet and spicy chicken curry.

I expect to have a few boxes in remainder, and I would like to offer them here on a first-come-first-served basis.

There are three puffs to a box, and each box costs $3.

I am not at liberty to discuss the details of this product or its production. Unless I offer them again, the above is all that I will say on the matter.

All I will say is that you may assume a standing order of 12 of these whenever your friend decides to make more.

In a fit of generosity (or stupidity) I gave one container of them to a friend who was at my daughter's volleyball game. My only excuse is that I had not eaten one yet. Once I tried it, I seriously considered going to their house and taking back the two he had not eaten!

My mom and my son both agree they were fantastic, my mom was sure they were professionally made.
