None of my serious home-cook friends have any intel, never used. I'm curious. My 12 inch non-stick has died after 2 years, I basically use it as a tortilla warmer now. Time to replace, but I'm wondering about these ceramic things. I'll read up and whatnot - just wondering if anyone can confirm or deny effectiveness. Costco has a two piece set that's got me wondering.
We cannot be friends if you do not know the difference between Mayo and Miracle Whip.

I'm quite pleased with the GreenPan I bought at Sur la Table last winter. Bona fide non-stick surface, DW safe, and tough as nails. PERFECT for eggs. Not cheap, but no quality cookware is. My 10" was roughly $40, IIRC. Just don't scratch it up with metal utensils.
