    Well,

Just got a request. Of course I never heard of such a thing. I suspect someone here has a great recipe they will share.

Friend's wife delivered sons about 8 weeks early. I made and dropped dinner off on NYE. And now there was this request directed towards the bakers. I suspect the parents know me to be the sole baker on the distribution list.-- TIA

I googled, and it is apparently a thing. All the recipes have large amounts of the three main ingredients commonly believed (in North America) to impact milk supply: oatmeal, brewer's yeast, and flax. So if you google "lactation cookies" you can see some ideas.

I know. Was looking for a "tried & true" recipe. We all know the internet is brimming with inedible recipes and I could see this one being an easy one to mess up.

This looks like the one I used last time I was nursing.

oats, brewers yeast and flax all increase milk production. I think I also used whole wheat for part of the flour and reduced the sugar somewhat. It's basically an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie with the yeast and flax added. They were ridiculously effective for me.

Wow! who knew? when I was nursing my twins,
I just drank LOTS of water and the occasional small light beer.
My Grandma always used to say that "beer makes good milk"
    (but not right before nursing)
Seeing the brewer's yeast in the recipes, I guess that makes sense...
oh and NO broccoli/cauliflower at all, as it upset the babies tummies :(
