Cookbook sale at America's Test Kitchen

Hi- I got an email about a cookbook sale at ATK that ends today. Everything is 25%-71% off. There prices are cheaper than Amazon's, and there is no IL sales tax.

I was interested in the Cooking for two book. Does anybody own that one? The only concern I have about that one is that some of the recipes tell you to use 1/2 can of something. What do you do with the rest of the can? Thanks, Nancy
