I recall Saveur running a story about the traditional English "Sunday Roast" -- that showed how to make the whole megillah: the roast, the roast root vegetables, the yorkshire pudding, the sprouts, etc, etc.

I've search all my copies of the magazine -- but can't find it. Does anybody remember what issue it was in?

    thanks

Google tells me you should first try the March/April 1995 issue, if you've got it, and November/December 1996 after that.

    HI,

I have a copy of the English Roast especially since I borrowed ideas from it last year for our Christmas dinner. So if need be, then I can go on the merry hunt to find it. As Erik M emphasized last year, at a minimum you must have the horseradish cream.

I did this dinner item for item, and it came out really well. But we didn't have enough leftovers to make the next day hash meal :(

Got the roast from Paulina market.
