Looking to buy these locally.
This style of hotdog also came across my radar and while I have a strong recollection of seeing them here but I cannot for the life of me remember.
The ‘red’ comes from the heavy use of die
The ‘snapper’ comes from the natural casing.
Popular in the state of Maine where it is served on a lobster roll (top split bun) and a simple line of mustard although I have seen it with a line of ketchup or grilled chopped onions.
Thanks in advance!
