Just got back from Mitsuwa with a pretty good haul although no yuzu unfortunately. The latest new thing I picked up is "green bean snacks," displayed in the fresh vegetable case. They have a number of fruit and vegetable snacks in the same format, and I think they are very attractive. The green beans are extremely tasty. They appear to be dried, perhaps fried first.

The only trouble is, I'm counting Weight Watcher points (or am trying to) and I would love to know just how much fat there is in these snacks. Has anyone seen a similar product with nutritional data listed?

Trader Joe's has pea pod snacks which sound similar and, I believe, they do have nutritional information.

That's a good thought-- thanks. I've bought the pea pod snacks by Calbee; could be similar fat content. Are those real pea pods? I don't even remember; it's been so long.

I should probably just consider these bean snacks to be the equivalent of potato chips, fat-wise. They are very nice (better than the pea pod snacks, IMO, more like fresh vegetables in taste) and I recommend them.
