Pralus Chocolatier

Just arrived in the mail: 500g (17 oz) of single varietal chocolate from Pralus, wrapped in tissue paper and held together with a raffia ribbon. There are 10 squares of 50g each - lovely to behold. Has anyone tried these before? I tried finding a local source but ended up ordering online. Prices range from about $38-$49 per pack (same product, different online resource).

I'd love to dig in but I got it as a present -- and won't be giving it for two weeks!
