    We've bought lamb from Little Prairie these last few years. It's great stuff, and the farmers are great too, very easy to work with. I'm pretty sure they're organic; they're most certainly free-pasture and raised under sustainable conditions.

    Little Prairie is basically East Troy, just off 39, near Mukwanago.
