Bon Bon Chocolates is a small shop in Andersonville located just a block north of the famed Swedish Bakery. My wife and I tried it and thought it quite nice. It's sort of a hippy/new age place run by a quirky and delightful mother and daughter team. We met the very chatty and very pierced daughter when we were there.

They offer a nice assortment of chocolate shapes and flavors. You can see their selection at www.bonbonchicago.com. Shapes include Buddha and even some Kama Sutra figures on special order. They tend to feature flavored chocoates (ginger, chilli, etc.), which is not my leaning, although my wife likes that and gave them a good rating. I very much enjoyed a dark chocolate covered graham cracker peanut butter sandwich.

They've been open a few years and I think chocolate lovers will enjoy stopping in. If you stop in the Swedish Bakery on the same trip you can fully maximize your calories per hour of shopping.
