I will be in the Outer Banks on vacation in a few weeks and we will be chartering an offshore boat one of the days. Last time we went we ended up with 110lbs of yellowfin tuna loins and dorado filets. Most of it was given to people at the docks and on the beach.
What would be the best way to ship some of this back home? I figured I could ship this to a friend who is home to receive it, and they could store it in the freezer till I return. I have a FoodSaver though not sure how much I'd want to fly down with it, though figured it would be helpful for packing it. Any thoughts or tips?
