cream sausage?

the excellent georgian sausage that dave brought to the picnic today, reminded me (because of the coil), of the wonderful and unusual cream sausages at the defunct jim's meat shop, which used to be across the street from freddy's pizza. i dont know how to describe the taste; i just remember i loved them. has anyone seen such a sausage anywhere else? thanks, justjoan
