Waaayy to pricey for me to give as gifts.
If you think Vosges is high-roller, try $52 for a 4-piece gift package meant to appear to be a bento box with green tea "wasabi" and chocolate sauce.

Though the good news is that it looks fairly easy to replicate...I might try some for the next PTA bake sale....

Hmm, a very interesting niche... At first I was a bit concerned that they were attempting to combine the flavors of fish and chocolate but were pleased to see that all the items were pure confections and just made to look like sushi. I predict that the brains behind this will be pleasantly surprised with a cash cow until others start to imitate... If they were smart they'd hit places like the W, HardRock and Hotel 71. They would make perfect room amenities. After that I would send my marketing team after Japonais and possibly Bob San on Division.

This is the one that really scared me, but was nice to know that the roe is really "gummy eggs"...
