the trick is not to the deep fryer it alot, maybe once every couple of months. Then you can go all out.

I could see doing these Sunday, I have some chicken thighs in the freezer that I was thinking of smoking & doing some gumbo with, but some fried chicken thighs & waffles sounds darn good right now.
