So I thought I put the oven on 300, but it was 9:30 am so I wasn't awake when I dressed the roast and it was actually 325. I left it in a little long (it was well done and I wanted medium at most) but it was still pretty tender and very pot-roasty. I believe it took 2 hours, so about 1-1/2 would have been just right at 325 I bet. It got rave reviews and I'm looking forward to eating leftovers with the blueberry/thyme/pinot noir sauce I made for it.
