Hi friends!
Thought I'd just pop by and tell you guys about a (relatively) new purchase of mine. I recently bought a 24-pack of double chocolate chunk Baker's breakfast cookies on Amazon.com after a friend recommended them to me. I'm very skeptical about products that are touted as "healthy" because the healthfulness is usually achieved by compromising taste.
However, I was very pleasantly surprised by the good chocolate flavor of this "healthy" breakfast cookie. It wasn't too sweet and I love biting into the chocolate chunks. The cookies are made with natural ingredients and contain 6g of fiber and no trans fat at all! At 290 calories, it is a good breakfast replacement and a snack-on-the-go kinda thing. The cookie is also very filling and satisfying. They're available in other flavors including peanut butter and oatmeal raisin, both of which I'm looking forward to trying out soon. The only drawback I can think of is the cookie's relatively short shelf-life, as commented by reviewers on Amazon.com. The good thing about that is the manufacturers didn't use a ton of preservatives to make these cookies
