    Sometimes when you store say, some deli ham in your fridge, if you don't use it up soon enough, after a few days it seems to develop an oily or fatty deposit on the surface. This looks rather nasty, but I was wondering exactly what it is, and if it actually affects the ham insofar as whether it is still safe to consume?
    What if the Hokey Pokey really IS what it's all about?
