Cooking Classes Abroad (Italy)

I am planning a father-son (adult son) trip and am attempting to gather info on cooking classes in Italy - if such an animal exists. Ideally we'd fly to Tuscany and take classes, tour the area, and eat-drink too much for a couple days in September.

HELP - if anyone knows of any resources.

Check out The International Kitchen. They do cooking and culinary vacations. I just checked out their website, and they have Tuscan packages year-round, trip length from 3 nights onward.
