Post #1 - July 9th, 2007, 6:44 pmI am looking for Ruth Reichl's own personal recipe for pancakes. She published it in one of her books, but I can't remember if it was in one of her memoirs or in the big yellow one.
I had it written down in a notebook but I lost it. Can someone please type it up for me?

Actually, it's possible that they're also in one of her memoirs but I know for a fact that they're in the Gourmet Cookbook. My page is dotted with melted butter...
