Heritage pork?

Where can I find heritage pork in Chicagoland? I'd love to get some chops or a nice loin. I've had heritage pork a few times in restaurants, and can definitely note the difference.

Go to Green City Market and buy it from Liberty Farms or possibly other meat vendors.

Other natural/heritage/whatever meats you can find in stores, but pork is still harder to track down except straight from the source.
