The fruit guys who are always set up near Stockton Drive, I think Seedling, have these; I first got them a couple of years ago and always grab them now when their season comes in August. They're called Butterscotch Melons. That may be wishful thinking-- I guess you can imagine they're a little butterscotchy, if you try hard enough-- but they have a wonderful ripe complexity of flavor to them, not to mention a beautiful color-- chalky green on the outside, honeydew green turning to canteloupe orange inside. I put some in a fruit salad and kept going "Wow, what's that flavor?" They're smallish, smaller than a store canteloupe, bigger than a softball, and keep a while, so buy a couple and let them ripen at home.
