    Hi,

I am wondering where to buy marcona almonds - are they available at Trader Joe's or Whole Foods?

Also, I had chocolate covered marcona almonds by Valor chocolates. Any ideas which local stores carry them?

    Thank you!

I got a few cans at Costco, great price. Haven't seen them lately though. Never saw the choc-covered ones, luckily. LOL

I saw them at Costco about a week ago - the Costco on Clybourn - they were offering samples - mmmm free yummy almonds.

Whole Foods also has them. Can't remember if TJs does.

As others have said, Costco, Trader Joes and Whole Foods all carry marcona almonds. In my experience, the Costco version are least expensive and also a drier roast than you'll find at TJs and WFs. Pastoral also carries them.

I love the Costco Kirkland brand, but I am also partial to the rosemary marcona almonds at Trader Joe's. They can sometimes be a little greasy, but they are delicious!

I might add that they were probably the cause of my last kidney stone. Worth every bite.

I found some a few weeks ago at Fox and Obel but probably in a much smaller quantity than you can find at Costco!

Thanks, all! I will be looking for them in the next few weeks and will report back on what I find.

I am still looking for the chocolate covered ones. Anyone knows which stores carry any Valor chocolates? I guess I will start with that.
