Does anyone have a recipe for the Portuguese stew/soup called "Soupish?" It's beefy, simmered a long time and mint is added at the very end... Thanks!

    HI,

    Welcome to LTHforum.com

You will find it easier when you use the correct name: soupas (I had the feeling your reference was a transliteration and likely not the correct spelling). A recipe can be found here.

Now that you have the correct name, you can search google or epicurious.com or check other recipe resource links on the Useful Stuff board on LTHforum.com.

If you make it, then please advise what recipe you used and your experience with it.

    Regards,
