Candy Shops

So I have yet to find a candy shop in chicago. I am sure that one exists... it must! Here are the stipulations:
1. It's gummy bears/ many gummy products must be Haribo
2. It must have candy that is collected in bags from either boxes or pipes, so that the candy collector ends up with an assortment of candy that is then paid for by the pound.
3. It must have a diversity of cheap, fruity candies.
