We're having guests next weekend and have chosen a Cuban-style pork roast from Aidell's Complete Book of Pork.

It would be nice to get some Cuban bread to go with. Anybody know a source in the Hinsdale-Oak Brook area? We could go a ways to get it, but would rather not go downtown.

Alternately, could you direct me to a recipe, and I'll try it myself.

    Thanks.

Here is a recipe for Cuban Sandwiches, which includes the bread made with lard, at King Arthur Flour. http://www.kingarthurflour.com/shop/rec ... pe_id=R215

I made these and they were pretty good.
