Serving Turkey on Christmas?

I have been getting my turkeys lately at Undesser Farm in Bristol (just west of Aurora), and I just picked one up for Christmas. They are a small family-owned business that produces a very high quality product. They do not use any hormones, antibiotics, or artificial additives in the turkey's diet. They grow the grains on their farm that are fed to the turkeys. Anyway, I think their turkeys are great. I happened to get into a conversation with the owner, Rick, and mentioned LTH and our turkey threads, etc. He told me that if anybody from here cared to try his product that he would give them a 10% discount if they mention LTH. It's not a big deal but it helps pay for a little gas. I know it's pretty late now, but I thought I'd mention this in case anyone was interested.
