Buying Deli Fixins?

This is my first foray into the Shopping & Cooking forum, so forgive me if I inadvertently breach any protocol here.

I just got back from a trip to New York, where I ate at the famous Carnegie Deli. The portions were so gigantic, I would say that I comfortably have two or three more sandwiches waiting in my fridge for me. Except for the lack of associated items (condiments and sides). I'm seeking deli mustard, rye bread, and half-dills. Any leads?

In addition to amazing pastrami/corned beef/salami, I've gotten some great pickles and rye bread at Romanian Kosher Sausage Company. I can't speak to their mustard selection, though. The rye came from Tel-Aviv Kosher Bakery, but I don't know the origin of the pickles. (Keep in mind that the "kosher" in the name of each place is for real: neither is open on Saturday.)

Sunset foods in Highland Park, Northbrook, etc has a large selection of mustards and other condiments. The great thing about Sunset is that they will order and stock any product (in my experience) that you ask them to carry. So if there is a particular mustard you seek, they either have it or will get it.

I also second the recos for the delis at for The Roumanian, Kaufmanns and Tel-Aviv. They are all regular stops for me too.

I've been impressed with the mustard selection at Wally's a Polish market on west Lawrence. If you're going the Reuben route, they have some excellent sourkraut as well.
