Does anyone have a recipe for this pie?
I have found some recipes fosted for the mermaid pie,
    the bad baby pie,
the falling in love chocolate pie,
but the description of this one sends me,
and I can't find any recipes via Google, etc.
    What a fabulous movie-
    what a sad story
    Thanks if you've got one

I saw this was available for purchase on the Better Baking website for $1.99.

    Thanks-
you can also get the same recipe directly from Marci Goldman's blog (This Movie is my Life) for free... http://tiny.cc/PieBlog
I was wondering if there were other recipes out there or an "official" recipe, like the 5 pies that came with the movie...

Here's how Andy Griffith describes this pie...
Nobody in the world can make strawberry chocolate pie like you. Wednesday is my favorite day of the week just cause I get to have me a slice of it. I think about it as I’m waking up. It could solve all the problems of the world, that pie. It’s a thing of beauty….how each flavor opens itself, one by one, like a chapter in a book. First, the flavor of an exotic spice hits ya. Just a hint of it…and then you get flooded with the chocolate, dark and bittersweet like an old love affair…..and finally – strawberry – the way strawberry always was supposed to taste but never knew how to…’

Anyhow I'm going to try the other recipe, which is the only one I've found so far for Valentines dessert....
I'll let you know how it turns out...
