    HI.

I bought 12 pounds of cranberries this evening, which I will preserve into cranberry sauce tomorrow night. Last year, I bought 1-2 bags planning to buy more after Thanksgiving only to find there was none afterwards. So if you need quantites for preserving, then get them now.

    Regards,

    Hi,

A 3 pound bag was around $4-5, maybe less; it's already been a week. Each bag holds 3 quarts of cranberries. You will need to hand pick them as I found about 1/2 c or slightly more per bag, which were bad. If I were freezing them, I'd pick them over and put them into pint or quart freezer bags; whatever quantity is convenient for use later.

    Regards,
    Cathy2
