    I have enjoyed working my way through 'Asian flavors of Jean-Georges' by Jean-Georges Vongerichten. They tend to be fairly complicated recipes - so mostly on weekends - by they are outstanding.

    What recipes did you find particularly appealing? I recently aquired the same book, but have not decided what to tackle first.
