Post #1 - June 18th, 2008, 8:30 amA simple dressing that is surprisingly good. Mix together very well equal parts creamy dijon mustard such as Grey Poupon, honey and good quality balsamic vinegar.

A real simple dressing that I like for tender vegetables is lemon juice and salt.
