Yellow or saffron pistachios

Last evening, I was doing some shopping in one of my favorite markets, Lincolnwood Produce, which I discovered thanks to LTH forum.

One of my favorite areas of the store is the nut, dried fruit, and candy section, next to produce, where an impressive array of those items are conveniently displayed in clear clamshell containers.

I was looking for hazlenuts, which they must have been out of, and came across yellow pistachio nuts in the shell, which I believe I have previously seen in Middle Eastern markets, or have I see them in an Indian market? I'm not sure?

Any of you LTHers familiar with this type of pistachio nut? In which countries are they popular? Thanks in advance for your help.
