Easy Peasy Cookie Baking

I had forgotten about refrigerator or ice box cookies (home made). I recently dug up some old recipes and made them and it was easy. I wrapped the rolls in waxed paper and then put them in a large zip lock bag and froze the dough. Slice and bake as you wish or make Christmas cookie baking easy by using this technique. No excuse then for not having fresh baked cookies all the time the easy way!!!!

There is a wide variety of recipes out there if you do a web search. Try these....don't worry about making them pretty, they are kind of homely but frankly some of them taste better than other cookies. I made a brown sugar walnut cookie and they were very good. I'll be trying the fruit cake, kind and also some molasses and spice cookie kinds for Xmas.

There is also no reason not to have a holiday cookie baking party to test out recipes
