Post #1 - December 6th, 2008, 4:20 pmI'm thinking about trying my hand at some country pate for Christmas. Besides Peoria Packing, is there anywhere on the north side where I can get some caul fat? I live up in Rogers Park.

Note of caution, I've bought frozen caul fat at Paulina only to discover it was actually incorrectly marked leaf lard. Not saying they make a habit of this, but it proved a bit of a problem at the time.
