Recently I haven't been able to find my favorite Cholula Chili Roast Garlic Seasoning in the store. I wrote to Cholula and found out that they are discontinuing their dry seasonings So, if you are a fan like me, you can order their remaining inventory at half off at their website:

    I am so bummed out.....

Perhaps the Spice House has something similar - or can make something up for you. The ingredients are "Dried Garlic, Maltodextrin, Kosher Salt, Spices Including Paprika, Dried Red Bell Peppers, Dried Onion, Sugar, Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Contains 1% or less of: Calcium Silicate (to Keep Free Flowing), Natural Flavors (Soy) with Extractives of Paprika, Acetic Acid". If you take out the preservatives and artificial flavors, these are pretty standard ingredients.
