Post #1 - June 24th, 2009, 3:50 pmHas anyone done Home Made Pizza on the Grill? Using an elevated bread stone, HMP says the parchment paper will noi burn on a Weber Kettle where the temp gets to 600 degrees or higher. Just have to trim it to the size of the pizza.
