For people who shop at Stanley's they are now selling their own olive oil in three sizes, they have bottles you can fill from a large container. I brought some last week and when I decanted it into my own bottle at home it still had little bits of crushed olives in it, the smell was very grassy and I liked the taste a lot. I really like the idea of buying sourced olive oil, it's clearly Greek and marked as such, but I couldn't find out from the cranky guy working if it was from their own olive farm in Greece ala Captain Porkey's. Also they now have a guy with a machine making potato chips from scratch, I tried one and it tasted quite good, I don't know how they'll hold up if you buy a bag, my waistline won't let me get a bag now, but maybe in a month or so.

'jiminy chips' is the company producing potato chips at stanley's. stanley's is preparing to purchase the machine. i was told it is currently the only chicago location, but there are others in the suburbs. the potatoes are sliced and fried in front of your eyes. the sweet potato chips are really fantastic. very thin, nicely salted, and they will keep for a week, if you can restrain yourself from eating them. they are $4.79 for a large bag (don't remember the weight). justjoan

I think the sweet potato chips must cost more. All of the chips I buy have been about a dollar less per bag. Just bought 2 bags yesterday. The hot/spicy, sea salt, & salt & vinegar are all good.
