First time I've seen these at a Costco.
Spotted yesterday in the refrigerated fresh meat display at the Lake Zurich Costco,
labeled 'Veal Shank Crosscuts - USDA Choice' and priced at $5.99/lb.
Made mighty nice osso buco last evening (sorry - no photos
)
