Perry's millet bread--recipe?

Perry's used to be a restaurant on N. Clark in Lincoln Park years ago. They had a signature bread, millet bread, which I've got a craving for. It was kind of a wet bread, slightly sweet, with the millet incorporated throughout the dough. They made it into small round loaves. Does anyone have the recipe?
