Custom-designed Cupcake Wrappers

I'm custom designing cupcake wrappers for a class project, and am hoping someone has some experience in both designing
the wrappers and printing them. Can anyone recommend a printer in Chicagoland whom can print them (and trim them) with
the appropriate paper? I thought maybe a local bakery or even caterer has worked with clients interested in custom-designed
wrappers. Thank you!
