So I attempted to make some yogurt at home by using some yogurt that already had in the fridge. Well it came out ok but it was more whey than yogurt. I thought making whey biscuits would be a good idea.

    2 cups King Arthur flour
    1.5 teaspoons baking powder
    2 tsp salt
1 stick buter (i like em buttery)
1 cup whey (with a bit of greek yogurt)

    1. combine dry ingredients in a bowl
    2. cut in cold butter and mix by hand until the flour has the consistency of large bread crumbs
    3. make a well in the middle of the flour and pour whey/yogurt mixture in the middle
    4. mix by hand and stop mixing as soon as the dough comes together and comes off sides of bowl, do not overmix
    5. on a floured surface knead gently for a couple minutes and flatten into a square
    6. using a floured knife cut into even sized squares
    7. place biscuits in a cast iron skillet, brush with melted butter and bake at 450 for about 12 minutes or until golden brown

    enjoy!
