Garlicky Fresh Polish Sausage

In the Club 81 Too thread Cathy sings praises of their Fresh Polish which they only make for state occasions. A fresh polish, the equal or superior , to Club 81's are available year round in South Bend Indiana. (I have also had great polish from Grand Rapids). Both are easily accessible from the South Bend West exit on the Indiana Toll Road. You can get the Polish with or without Garlic. If visiting around Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas or any grilling holiday, you may want to call ahead and order. It freezes up very well. Each market will gladly package it in freezer portions.
