Post #3 - August 22nd, 2010, 8:16 ampretty good smokers too<been using a BDS(big drum smoker)for quite a few years>nice for the flavour you only get from the fat in the fire smoke--plus cooks your bbq faster too---easy to get a rack of spare ribs ready to eat in a couple hours--tender briskets in 5-6hrs--I like the concept--plus its cheap--or easily home engineered
