I really like that bread, but recently found that Fox and Obel also does a semolina/fennel/raisin bread, and I like theirs better. I can't remember what they call it ("Italian sun," maybe?), but it's a round loaf with small cuts made along the perimeter, so that it ends up looking like a sunburst.Kennyz wrote:If they have the fennel raisin bread, it's the only thing that's at all special.
