    Hi-
next months cookbook club theme is chocolate and I'd like to do something non-dessert.
    I know mole' contains chocolate,
but does anyone have any other great savory recipes for appetizers or entrees that would contain chocolate?
    Thanks

An interesting way that I have tried is to use cocoa powder is as a rub for grilled venison loin. I have also supplemented cinnamon to the cocoa, so mexican chocolate might also be an interesting rub.

I heard of tossing 2 oz of unsweetened chocolate into chili.

Actually I often put cocoa powder in my chili.
I think it gives it an interesting depth of flavor.
And I know many mole recipes use cocoa,
I'm also looking for things I maybe haven't thought of.
